新規プロジェクトのための敷地を視察
妙高山、黒姫山、そして斑尾山に囲まれた美しい自然に彩られた地に、ナウマンゾウ化石や旧石器時代の化石が出土すると言われる野尻湖に近接する別荘地。この新規プロジェクトは、その別荘地に立つ別荘をご紹介するものです。
まずは、この別荘地を視察。
車を管理事務所に置き、森の中を歩く小道に沿って進むと、3つの区画からなる敷地が広がっています。敷地南側の小道から少し高い場所に位置し、ナラの森に囲まれた広大な約1000㎡のスペースが広がっています。この場所では、心地よい陰影に包まれながらも、美しい緑に溢れた世界が広がっています。自然の息吹と調和した、まさに至福の別荘体験を楽しめる場所です。
この敷地はL字の形をしており、南側の2エリアは比較的フラットな土地が広がっています。一方、北側の1エリアは傾斜のある谷に面しています。
まずは、このナラの森の中で建物をどのように配置するかが非常に重要です。冬の季節には約2mもの雪が積もり、アクセスとなる小道は除雪されないため、アプローチの距離はできるだけ短くすることが望ましいです。しかし、アプローチは別荘の印象を左右する重要な要素でもあります。なので、アプローチの取り方はととても重要です。
そして、建物の位置を決める上で重要なポイントとなるのが日差しです。十分な採光を確保しつつ、森の中の静寂さを保つためには、建物の周囲にあるナラの木を伐採しなければなりません。しかし、できるだけ伐採する本数を最小限に抑える必要があります。 さらに、敷地の高低差も考慮しなければなりません。
できるる限りフラットな場所を選び、自然の地形に調和した建物を建てることが求められます。敷地の高低差が大きくなるほど、基礎工事や建物の構造において追加の負担が生じます。そこで、フラットなエリアを見つけ、伐採を最小限に抑えながら、穏やかで安定した土地を見つけ出す必要があります。

Located in an area surrounded by the Myoko, Kurohime and Madarao mountains, this villa estate is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. It is close to Lake Nojiri, famous for the discovery of mammoth fossils and Paleolithic artefacts. This new project aims to showcase the villas within this exclusive development. Let's start with a tour of the estate. After parking at the management office, follow the path through the woods. As you walk along, you will come across a large area comprising three sections.
On the south side of the estate, a little higher up from the path, you will find a large area of approximately 1000 square metres surrounded by Narra trees. Here you can immerse yourself in a world of beautiful shades of green and a serene atmosphere. It is a place where you can experience the ultimate bliss of villa living, in harmony with the gentle whisper of nature.
The site is L-shaped, with the southern part being relatively flat. The northern part, on the other hand, overlooks a sloping valley.
First and foremost, the positioning of the buildings in this Narra forest is crucial. During the winter season, there is a snow cover of about 2 metres and the access road is not cleared of snow. It is therefore desirable to keep the approach as short as possible. However, the driveway is also an important element that influences the appearance of the villa. Careful consideration must therefore be given to the approach.
Another important consideration when deciding where to locate the building is sunlight. It is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient natural light, while at the same time preserving the tranquillity of the forest through the selective removal of Narra trees in the vicinity of the building. However, it is essential to minimise the number of trees to be felled. It is also important to take into account the different levels of the site. It is preferable to choose as flat an area as possible and to construct buildings that harmonise with the natural terrain. The greater the elevation difference, the greater the load on the foundations and the structure of the building. Therefore, it is necessary to find a quiet and stable piece of land, while minimising the removal of trees, with emphasis on finding a flat area.
