新しいデザインの提案に込めた想い 初回プレゼン
こんにちは、皆さん。今回は新しいプロジェクトの初回プレゼンテーションについてシェアしたいと思います。このプレゼンテーションでは、クライアントの要望を大切にしながら、独自のコンセプトを持った3つの提案をご紹介しました。
まず、私たちは敷地の環境やコンテクストに合わせて、分棟案、一棟平家案、そして一棟二階建案の3つの異なるデザイン案を用意しました。それぞれの案は、建物の大きさ、敷地内での位置、階数、平面レイアウト、各部屋の関係性と動線を確認するためのものです。各案にはその場所ならではの動線や機能を考慮し、クライアントの要望を反映させました。
私たちの提案を通じて、クライアントは自身の望みをより明確にすることができるでしょう。時には、提案を見ることで気づかなかった希望やアイデアに気づくこともあります。そのため、初回のプレゼンテーションでは、少なくとも2つの案を提示することを大切にしています。私たちは平面レイアウトと共に、建物の位置を示す敷地の特性をダイアグラムで示し、3Dやシンプルな白模型を使ってイメージを具体化します。
初回のプレゼンテーションは、プロジェクトの方向性を決定するために重要なステップです。提案した案が基盤となるか、それとも新たなアプローチが求められるか、その方向性をクライアントと共に探求していきます。今回は提案した3つの案の中から、クライアントに気に入っていただける案がありました。これを基に、次の基本設計のステップに進んでいく予定です。
設計の段階において、私はこうしたプロセスが一番魅力的だと感じています。何枚ものエスキースを重ね、さまざまなアイデアを視覚化していく作業は、私の創造力を刺激します。平面の構成だけでなく、立面や断面のバランスも考えながら、設計を練り上げていくのは非常にやりがいのある作業です。手書きでスケッチしたイメージを通じて、魅力的で可能性のあるアイデアを選択し、提案として形にしていきます。実際の提案には、提示した案以外にもさまざまなアプローチが存在します。
私たちの仕事は、クライアントの要望を取り入れ、それをデザインとして具現化することです。このプロセスが一番の醍醐味といえるでしょう。私たちはこれからも、クライアントと協力して理想の空間を築いていく情熱を持ち続けます。

The Emotions Behind Our New Design Proposals!

Hello everyone. Today, I'd like to share about the initial presentation for our new project. In this presentation, we presented three unique proposals, carefully incorporating the client's preferences.
Firstly, we have tailored three different design concepts to suit the environment and context of the site: a split-level option, a single-storey layout and a two-storey design. Each concept is used to confirm the building's size, position on the site, number of storeys, layout, spatial relationships and circulation. Each proposal takes into account the specific circulation and functionality of the site and reflects the client's wishes.
Through our proposals, clients are able to clarify their wishes more effectively. Sometimes they even discover preferences or ideas that they hadn't considered before. This is why we believe it is important to present at least two options in our initial presentation. As well as floor plans, we use diagrams to show the characteristics of the site that determine the placement of the buildings. To enhance visualisation, we also use 3D models or simple white models to provide a tangible image.
The initial presentation is a crucial step in determining the direction of the project. Together with the client, we explore whether the proposed concepts form the basis or whether a new approach is required. In this case, one of the three proposals we made was a concept that resonated with the client. This would be the basis for the next step in the basic design process.
I find this stage of the design process the most fascinating. The process of layering several sketches and visualising different ideas stimulates my creativity. Balancing not only the plan but also the elevation and section, and refining the design is immensely rewarding. Through hand sketching, I select attractive and promising ideas to develop into proposals. In reality, there are a variety of approaches beyond the concepts presented.
Our work revolves around taking client preferences and translating them into tangible designs. This process is truly the essence of what we do. We will continue to approach our projects with the same passion and dedication, working with clients to create their ideal spaces.
To our future clients, those interested in building a home or designing a holiday home, we hope that our approach can be of help, no matter how small the idea. We're looking forward to creating beautiful spaces together.
